BUYER AGENT

As a buyer’s agent, my role is to represent and advocate for homebuyers throughout the entire real estate process. I work closely with my clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget, then help them find properties that align with their goals. From scheduling showings to analyzing market data.

SELLER AGENT

As a seller’s agent, my primary responsibility is to represent the best interests of the homeowner throughout the entire selling process. From the moment we decide to list the property, I’m focused on getting the best possible price and terms for my client.

DESIGNATED AGENT

As a designated agent, I serve as the primary point of contact and representative for a specific party within a transaction or agreement. My role is to act solely on behalf of my client’s interests, maintaining loyalty, confidentiality, and clear communication throughout the process.

TRANSACTIONAL AGENT

As a transactional agent, my role is to act as a neutral party in a real estate transaction. I don’t represent either the buyer or the seller exclusively—instead, I facilitate the process to ensure everything moves forward smoothly and fairly for both sides.
